Description

This is the first of two sessions for administrators and teachers to learn about differing grading practices and their effects on student achievement.  The workshop will highlight the practices of O'Conner, Guskey, Marzano and Reeves.

Note:  The number of participants for Northwestern Local Schools is unlimited.  There is a limit of 30 total participants for all other NE Region sites.

Objectives

• Learn the effects the many and varied grading practices/student reporting can have on student achievement.
• Explain strategies to achieve grading consistency within a district.
